Shipping Information

Currently, Sheridan Metal Resources only ships to customers within the United States and Canada. All orders for in-stock merchandise usually leave our warehouse within 24 hours of order placement. Unless otherwise specified, we will use UPS Ground Service for shipments within the United States, not including Alaska or Hawaii. UPS 2-day Air is also available for select orders.

Shipments to Canada will use UPS Standard service. UPS Express is also available for expedited service.

Additional shipment methods are available upon request. Please call us at 484-256-2729 (9am - 5pm EST) for a shipping quote.

- WUKO items will ship from our Charlotte, NC warehouse.
- ESE items will ship from our Coatesville, PA warehouse.

International Orders

We are sorry, but international ordering is not available at this time. Sheridan Metal Resources only ships to customers within the United States and Canada. For international order inquiries and a shipping quote, please call us at 484-256-2729 (9am - 5pm EST).

Taxes

6% PA State Sales Tax will be charged on taxable items for all customers who reside within the state of Pennsylvania.

How Do I Track My Order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email that includes a link to your tracking information. Additionally, you can LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT 24/7 to review your order history, order status and tracking information.

When You Receive Your Order

Please check through your order and report any shortages, damages or errors within 48 hours. If you have any concerns please call us at 484-256-2729 (9am - 5pm EST).

Returns

We stand by all of the products that we sell. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase. Items MUST be in unused condition, exactly as received in order to receive a full refund or exchange.

How to initiate a return:

  1. Login to your Account and navigate to your Order History.
  2. Click on ORDER HISTORY & DETAILS then click "Details" next to the order that includes the item(s) you would like to return.
  3. Activate the checkbox next to the item(s) in the order that you would like to return and provide an explanation for the return. When complete, click "Request Return."
  4. We will respond to your return request within 2 business days, and contact you with details on returning your item(s) and/or receiving a refund or replacement.
  • All items MUST be returned in the condition they were originally received (in original packaging).
  • Please make sure to include a copy of your packing slip or invoice with your shipment.
  • Please allow 2-6 business days after we receive your item(s) for your return to be processed.

Once your return is complete, you will receive notification that replacement items have been shipped or a refund has been issued.
